Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the PDP Pulse application ("the App", "Service"), provided by RedArrow LTD ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using the App.

2. Description of Service

PDP Pulse provides an artificial intelligence conversational widget and administrative control suite for Shopify merchants. The App assists in answering customer inquiries regarding store products, inventory availability, shipping rules, and store policies using synced catalog information and external AI model APIs.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

You must possess an active, valid Shopify store account to install and utilize the App. You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind the entity or store on whose behalf you are installing the Service. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your store's installation of the App.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

• Shopify Billing API: All plan fees and recurring subscriptions are processed directly through Shopify's official Billing API. Charges appear on your standard monthly Shopify invoice.
• Free Trial: New installations include a 7-day free trial. If you uninstall the application before the trial period expires, no recurring charges will be assessed by Shopify.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify Admin. Subscription fees already billed by Shopify for active billing cycles are subject to Shopify's standard billing policies.

5. Acceptable Use and Merchant Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or Shopify Acceptable Use Policies.
• Configure the AI to promote illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive products or materials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the integrity of our software or servers.
• Misuse third-party AI provider tokens or violate the terms of Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI.

6. AI Output and Limitation of Liability

Artificial intelligence models generate responses probabilistically. While PDP Pulse employs rigorous grounding mechanisms against your synced product data and store knowledge base, we do not warrant that all AI-generated text will always be 100% error-free or suitable for every customer scenario.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RedArrow LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, lost sales, or customer goodwill) resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to periodically update, improve, or modify the features of the App to ensure compatibility with Shopify API version updates and industry standards. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this document.
